Regency Builders is always undertaking new projects of developing residential homes, residential complexes, over 55 communities and commercial shopping centers. We build throughout Massachussetts, Connecticut and Vermont. As family members and as partners we have been involved in various housing projects for over thirty years. Gregory Z. Szyluk - Developer, founder of the Regency Companies has been involved in housing related issues for over thirty years. Initially as Community Development Director for the City of Chicopee and latter as a housing consultant to small cities. Then as a private developer, he has been involved in numerous rehabilitation projects ranging from the Valentine House Apartments on Grape St. in Chicopee, Avon Place Apartments in Springfield and numerous other mutli-family units. This in addition to the construction and management of larger apartment complexes, retail centers & condominium communities in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Vermont.

Gregory Z. Szyluk II - General Contractor, is a graduate of Ithaca College and is responsible for overseeing new construction and development. He is a licensed General Contractor in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is currently overseeing the development of Oaks of Holden. He has been involved in the company on a full time basis for the past 15 years.

Marc P. Szyluk - General Contractor, is a graduate of Hofstra University. The following two years after graduation he was marketing apartments in New York City. At this time Marc is a contractor in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is currently overseeing the development of Hamel Estates and The Meddowe Shoppes. He has been with us on a full time basis for the past 10 years.
